Your trustee is required to file all outstanding tax returns up to the date of bankruptcy. All refunds go to the trustee for distribution to your creditors.
Most trustees in Ontario also file your tax returns for the entire year of bankruptcy. Your trustee can provide you with more information, or contact us for more information.
