Can I lose my job if I go bankrupt?

If someone is licenced by omvic to sell vehicles, can they lose or have restictions on their job, as a result of declaring bankruptcy in Ontario?

I have never heard of any restrictions regarding employment from OMVIC, so I do not think you would lose your job if you went bankrupt.

However, what I think is irrelevant. What matters is what the licensing body believes, so I suggest you consult the OMVIC web site, and then contact them directly for a complete answer before you make any decisions.
