		<description>It is virtually impossible for a creditor, such as a credit card, to garnishee your E.I. payments.  If you owe money to the government, it is relatively easy for them to take a portion of your E.I. payments.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;However, once the payment is deposited into your bank account, any creditor with access to your bank account could attempt to get the money.</description>
