You would need to ask an expert in Australian Immigration.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The bigger issue is that if you move permanently to Australia, it is unlikely that any of your Canadian creditors will pursue you there, so it may not be necessary to go bankrupt.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;There are a number of factors to consider, so I suggest you discuss this with an &lt;a HREF=&quot;http://www.bankruptcy-ontario.org/askus.htm&quot; REL=&quot;nofollow&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Ontario bankruptcy trustee&lt;/a&gt; before you make the final decision.</description>
