Separated – wife went bankrupt – what should I do?

My wife left me after 10 years of marriage and unknown to me,declared bankruptcy on her own. All debts she left to me were joint debts such as credit cards, car loan and a line of credit. The creditors are now after me but with one income I am struggling to survive. There must be something I can do to respond to this. I am so financially tight being left with two children that I cannot afford a lawyer or a trustee. Can you advise me on what course of action I can take. ? The car has been repossessed, but the bank are still asking for money- do I have to pay them. Is my wife, we are not divorced but have been apart for 2 years, legally responsible for any of this “joint” debt. Please advise me

Sincerely
Stressed out and depressed — (name withheld) age 34
