need to know how bankruptcy will affect me and my husband

i have to file bankruptsy for my business that is a numbered corperation and need to know how that will affect me and my husband. i have a pile of bills that can’t be paid . my husband signed the loan with me and i need to know how that will affect both of us peronally.
