Bankruptcy in Ontario a second time??

This was never my intent
It has ended up that all the debt in is my name only…
Approx. $20,000 to $30,000
I do not work, and have no way of paying it back……
I have filed once and worked very hard to regain my credit, but do to the Government changing my income tax, etc….
I am in dept to this tone…
Can I file again or is this not allowed…
If need be, I have decided to leave my family, so they won’t be left in this mess..
