What is involved in obtaining an Order Lifting Stay of Proceedings. We have commenced an action against a bankrupt defendant and we would like to continue the action but have been advised that pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy Act, an Order will be required. Bankruptcy in Ontario a second time??

This was never my intent
It has ended up that all the debt in is my name only...
Approx. $20,000 to $30,000
I do not work, and have no way of paying it back......
I have filed once and worked very hard to regain my credit, but do to the Government changing my income tax, etc....
I am in dept to this tone...
Can I file again or is this not allowed...
If need be, I have decided to leave my family, so they won't be left in this mess..
Thanks for your answers....

how to claim bankruptcy when I have equity in a house

I am in a financial position where i have to claim personal bankruptcy but I have equity in a home owned by my ex spouse and I. He lives in the home with my oldest child and has no means of financing to buy me out. My equity in the home is about 20000.00 and he is self employed and cannot get a loan. The home is assessed at about 90000.00 with mortgages of about 49000.00. I've been told I cannot file for bankruptcy until I get this equity but I have creditors wanting to sue me and garnish my wages. I am a single mom and I'm lost.....please help. What can I do?
