Is it possible to go back to school (university) while in bankruptcy ?
Also, would declaring Bankruptcy make it difficult to receive a student loan?

In most cases bankruptcy does not exclude you from receiving a student loan, however you should confirm your eligibility to receive a student loan with your student loan lender.
