Whether you file a consumer proposal or go bankrupt in Ontario you are required to disclose all income from all sources. If a family member pays you room and board to live with you, that must be disclosed. However, it is your NET income that is most important, so if you have expenses associated with your income, you can offset your income with those expenses. This is a complicated area, so I suggest you contact us for more information.
