Debts included in bankruptcy?

Can a collection agency come after me after 14 years for a debt that was included in a bankruptcy in Ontario?

No. If the debt was discharged in your bankruptcy, a collection agency cannot pursue you for it. You should ask your trustee to send confirmation of the bankruptcy to the collection agency.
