Is goverment debt included in bankruptcy in Ontario?

Debts to Revenue Canada are discharged in a bankruptcy. Various other government debts, such as traffic fines or restitution orders, or obligations to the Family Responsibity Office of Ontario are not discharged in a bankruptcy in Ontario. I suggest you contact an Ontario trustee to confirm that your government debts would be discharged in a bankruptcy.
