First, you should contact your trustee. As part of the bankruptcy process you are required to attend two credit counselling sessions. These sessions are designed to help you get back on track. Your trustee can also provide some practical advice on resolving your financial problems.
With your counsellor you should focus on the underlying causes of your problems. Why did you incur debt after going bankrupt? Did you lose your job? Do you have a spending problem? A gambling problem? Only by understanding why you are having these issues will you be able to deal with them and get back on track.
